What are online cards?
Online cards are a new tool of communication with customers, partners or employees. Congratulate, invite to an event, tell about a promotion or thank for a purchase. There is an opportunity for branding or creating an individual design.

Yes. You can send any gift or card to your family, friends, colleagues or self. Our service puts no bounds to personal orders.
How to send an online gift or card?
Choose a gift or card in the catalog. Specify the way of delivery: e-mail, messengers or sms.
E-mail' delivery.
Fill in 'Recipient's Name’, 'E-mail', and 'Note’ fields. Check the e-mail address of the recipient. We will send your gift or card to the specified e-mail address immediately after payment. In addition, we will send a receipt and gift status data to your e-mail address.
Messengers’ delivery
Fill in 'Recipient's name’ and 'Note’ fields. After payment, wait until you get back to the shop page. Copy the link to your gift or card and send it to any messenger. It's done! You have sent a gift to the recipient. In addition, we will send a receipt and a link to the gift or card to your e-mail address. If you are planning to send a gift or a card later you can do it via the link in the e-mail.
SMS’ delivery
Fill in 'Recipient's Name’, 'Telephone number, and 'Note’ fields. Check the telephone number of the recipient. We will send your gift or card to the specified number immediately after payment.
E-mail' delivery.
Fill in 'Recipient's Name’, 'E-mail', and 'Note’ fields. Check the e-mail address of the recipient. We will send your gift or card to the specified e-mail address immediately after payment. In addition, we will send a receipt and gift status data to your e-mail address.
Messengers’ delivery

Can I test the service before purchase?
Sure. Choose
a demo card
and press 'Buy'. On the checkout page choose 'Messengers’ delivery. Fill in other fields and press 'Pay and Send'. You will get an access to the gift delivery page. Copy the link and send it to yourself in a message via any messenger or e-mail.
How will I get to know about the delivery status?
If you chose e-mail as a way of delivery we will send a notification on the delivery status to your e-mail. If you send gifts or cards to messengers by yourself, you will be able to see the delivery status in your message to recipients.
Is it possible to style a card after my brand?
Yes, it is! We will put your logo on the chosen card or create an individual card design for your brand to suit any event. Write to us to

Do you have a possibility of bulk delivery?
Yes. Our service allows for sending a lot of gifts or cards to various recipients in one order. Also, you can create a unique message or congratulation for each recipient. If you have a large database of customers or employees you can use import of contacts in xls. This option allows for sending gifts or cards to all imported contacts.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay for orders by plastic card or Yandex Pay. If you plan to pay against an invoice please write to us to
business@emodika.ru.

How can recipients activate their gifts?
Together with the gift, a recipient will receive a small instruction on gift activation and a direct link to its activation.

Over what time period is it possible to activate a gift promo code?

Is it possible to return a virtual gift?
Most virtual gifts are classified as digital goods that are not exchangeable or returnable. The recipient can always write to us to

How can I order Emodika Card?
If you are planning to pay by plastic card simply place an order on the website. For placing an order on the website: choose the multi-card value, add a card, fill in data on the recipients and method of delivery, and pay for the order by plastic card. Multi-cards will be delivered to the recipients (with 'E-mail’ delivery) or become available for sending to messengers (with 'Messengers’ delivery) immediately after payment. How to use Emodika multi-card?
The recipient of the multi-card will get a special card number, a pin code and a simple instruction on its activation on the gift page.
Instruction on multi-card activation:
1. Go to the multi-card activation page by pressing 'Activate Gift’ button
2. Enter the multi-card number and pin
3. Choose a gift from the catalog
4. On the gift checkout page, fill in data and press 'Pay and Send’ button
5. The gift will arrive to the specified e-mail address

How can I check the multi-card balance?
The recipient of the multi-card can check the relevant balance of the card on the card owner's personal page, any time immediately after activation.
In order to activate the card and go to the card owner's page:
1. Go to 'Activation’ section on the website
2. Enter the multi-card number and pin code
3. It's done!
Now you can see the relevant balance of the card and gift catalog.

Which gifts can I choose with Emodika Card?
Any gifts from Emodika catalog. The balance will not expire and any outstanding amounts may be paid in addition.
What is the minimum order of Emodika Cards?
For online orders, the choice of the number and value of Emodika Cards is unlimited. You can buy as many as you want. If you are planning to make a corporate order under a contract please write to us to

Is it possible to return Emodika Card?
Gift Emodika Cards are not exchangeable or returnable. They cannot be transferred to plastic cards or to other people. They can only be used for full or partial payments for purchases on the website

Full payment: the total of an order is equal or greater than the total card balance. In this case, all the funds will be written off. Partial payment: the total of an order is less than the total card balance. Unused funds remain on the balance and are available for further purchases.
